TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

How to opt-in (subscribe) to receive automatic telephone dialing system text advertisements and customer loyalty offers from Alpine IQ advertiser (the “Services”):

 

  1. For Services from Pleasantrees Cannabis Company, text “JOIN” to +1-313-710-5799. The keyword is a unique word, abbreviation, or acronym that relates to a business, organization, or person who will generate the advertisement content. Keywords are one word, contain no spaces, and are comprised of only letters and/or numbers. Once prompted via Alpine IQ automated text response to your mobile device, confirm your agreement to the Services by replying “YES” to the initial opt-in compliance message.
  2. You may also sign up for Services in person by opting in via digital kiosk at any Pleasantrees retail outlet.  After entering your mobile number, you will be asked to review these terms and conditions, provide your name and birthday, and provide a digital signature confirming your acceptance of the Services.
  3. Finally, you may sign up for Services by visiting the following webpage either by scanning a corresponding QR code or navigating directly: https://lab.alpineiq.com/joinMembers/1116.

 

By opting in to the Services, you agree to receive recurring text messages (SMS/MMS) from an automatic telephone dialing system or from any other electronic means or program. Opting in is not required (directly or indirectly) as a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services from advertiser.  

 

By opting into the Services, you also represent (i) that you are 21+ years of age, or 18+ years of age with a valid, state-issued medical cannabis patient card, (ii) that any demographic information provided by you in the context of the Services is true and correct, and (iii) that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions & Privacy Policy for Automated Text Marketing and Customer Loyalty Services. 

 

This is a recurring message program and message and data rates may apply.

 

How to opt-out (unsubscribe) of Services:

 

  • Subscribers to Services can opt out at any time by texting one of the following words to any number our Services sends messages from: END, STOP, STOPALL, QUIT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE in response to any previously received text advertisement. A final message confirmation may be sent upon successful opt out.

 

By texting any of the above words to opt out, subscribers will be opted out of receiving future Services associated with Pleasantrees Cannabis Company.  

 

How to request help:

 

From your mobile device, you may text the word HELP in response to any previously received sent text advertisement.

PRIVACY POLICY FOR ALPINE IQ SERVICES

 

This privacy policy applies to all customers who are members of the loyalty and communication programs administered by Alpine IQ for its advertisers (the “Services”).  Alpine IQ (“we”) recognize that customers (“you”) care how and if your “Personal Information” (defined below) is used and shared and respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) informs you of how this Personal Information is collected and used.

 

In this Policy, Personal Information means any information set that identifies or could be used by or on behalf of Alpine IQ to identify you, including name, mailing address, email address, telephone number as well as month and day of birth. Personal Information does not include encoded, anonymized, or publicly available data that has not been combined with non-public personal information.

 

Alpine IQ collects and stores information that you provide when joining the loyalty program or when a new client, whose customer you are, contracts with Alpine IQ to become their loyalty provider.  We also collect information that you provide via any of the following: completing your profile, interacting with our website or mobile app, texting to the program or interacting with texts, by making purchases and redeeming offers and rewards from advertiser.

 

By opting into the Services, you represent and warrant: (i) you have provided that Personal Information voluntarily, and (ii) you consent to the use of that Personal Information in the manner indicated by this Privacy Policy.

 

The information Alpine IQ collects and uses is limited to the purpose for which customers engage Alpine IQ. When you register for the Services, Alpine IQ or advertiser may ask for information such as your name, age, phone number and/or e-mail address. Alpine IQ may append 3rd party data and model user and customer consumer and business data to further improve and enhance its the Services.

 

Alpine IQ may use the personal information and other information we collect about your use of the Service to operate the Service and tailor it to your needs, for identification and authentication, to send you marketing materials (subject to your opt-out option), for research purposes, and to generally improve the content and functionality of the Service.

 

Alpine IQ may also share your personal information with its third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and other services used to operate the Service and maintain quality user experience. Although Alpine IQ owns all rights to the software, code, databases, and other Service applications, you retain all rights to your data. Our service providers may not use your personal information for marketing purposes.
