OPEN POSITIONS

Trimmer

A Trimmer is responsible for manicuring our dried, cured flower to the quality and standards of Pleasantrees. Reporting to the VP of Cultivation, the Trimmer will help to main quality standards for all product grown within the facility.

Responsibilities

Maintaining and cleaning trim station, tools, and room each day

Responsible for identifying quality issues with the flower (mold, bugs, damage, etc.…)

Maintain organization of the product

Product knowledge of each strain that will be produced under the Pleasantrees brand

Debudding and sorting of flower prior to trimming

Manicure the flower each day removing all organic matter that is unneeded while preserving the natural form of the bud

Experience and Requirements

Ability to work overtime dependent on the demand

Minimum of 21 years of age

High school diploma or its equivalent

Must pass criminal background check and drug screening (excludes THC)

Must be compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the Cannabis industry

Ability to stand for long periods

Ability to lift 25 lbs

Knowledge of basic computer skills

Cultivation Associate

Reporting to the GM of Cultivation, our Cultivation Associates are responsible for sourcing, cloning, transplanting, and providing nutrients to a variety of marijuana plants. Cultivation Associates will ensure the Cultivation Facility stays clean and organized as well as in a constant state of compliance.

Responsibilities

Optimize cultivation related SOP’s

Setting up and maintaining irrigation systems and environmental controls

Ensure plant health by pruning, toping, and trimming

Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, utensils, and equipment

Pack and unpack supplies

Handle damaged and waste products

General labor throughout the facility as needed

Assists others as part of a team to accomplish cultivation goals set forth by management

Employee may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization

Sales Guide

The Sales Guide understands that every interaction, large or small, strengthens our mission, and delivers an exceptional experience. They represent the face of the brand in the community and provide the highest standards of guest engagement. Our Sales Guides will be responsible for maintaining the culture of the business by protecting the Pleasantrees brand and showing compassion for our guests. Reporting to the General Manager, Guides will also be responsible for maximizing sales and profitability by focusing on overall business initiatives.

Assistant General Manager

The Assistant Manager sets the tone for the day, maintains the culture of the business, protects the Pleasantrees brand, inspires the team and shows compassion for our guests. Reporting to the General Manager , the Assistant Manager is responsible for overall management of the shop, team members, merchandise, and guest experience. He/she will also be responsible for supporting the General Manager in day to day operations, while maintaining a high standard of service on the sales floor. You will work closely with both the General Manager and the sales staff in driving sales, facilitating and maintaining great guest relationships and delivering impactful feedback in the moment. Assisting in the analysis of store metrics and strategizing to ensure proper scheduling, floor coverage and behaviors on the shop floor.
